A trial looking at MK-3475A and calderasib for advanced non small cell lung cancer that has spread (KANDLELIT 007)

This trial is comparing MK-3475A and calderasib with MK-3475A and standard chemotherapy.

It is open to people who:

• have a type of non small cell lung cancer called non squamous cell

• are having their first treatment for lung cancer that has spread

• have a gene change (mutation) called KRAS G12C in their lung cancer cells

You pronounce calderasib as kal-dair-ah-sib.
