19 May, 11.15am Manchester Manchester Cancer Research Centre Lecture Theatre, The University of Manchester, Wilmslow Rd, Manchester M20 4QL Talk on history of clinical trials - Dr Allan Jordan (Head of chemistry in CRUK MI Drug Discovery Unit) will speak about the history of clinical trials and Manchester’s long-term contribution to the development of new treatments for cancer patients.
20 May, 10.30am - 2pm  Belfast Northern Ireland Cancer Centre at Belfast City Hospital, Lisburn Rd, Belfast BT9 7AB Come find out more about clinical trials with staff and patient perspective. 
20 May Bournemouth Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Castle Lane East, Bournemouth BH7 7DW The CRUK Southampton research nursing team will be running interactive activities to explain their work on cancer clinical trials.
20 May, 11am - 3pm Cambridge Main foyer, Addenbrookes Hospital, Hills Rd, Cambridge CB2 0QQ An information stand with research nurses available to answer questions about clinical trials.
20 May, 12.30pm - 5pm Glasgow Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre, 1053 Great Western Rd, Glasgow G12 0YN Cancer Research: Glasgow and Beyond - Beatson Institute cancer clinical research symposium. This event will give insight into the ground-breaking work happening right now at Scotland's biggest cancer centre. You will hear from prominent clinical researchers, scientists and NHS research staff as well as learning how to design and run effective cancer clinical trials. Sign up here
20 May, 11am - 2pm Leeds Atrium, Bexley Wing, St James’s Hospital, Beckett St, Leeds LS9 7TF An array of eight stands, including clinical trials for different cancer types, musculoskeletal and haematology, a cake stall, radiotherapy and CRUK Centre stall.
20 May from 10am London St Barts Hospital, Ground floor of King George V Building, West Smithfield, London EC1A 7BE The Cancer Research Delivery Group will be hosting an interactive stand where you can find more about recruiting trials, how clinical trials work and have the chance to discover the role of genetics and look down microscopes, to learn more about the research behind this work. 
20 May  10am - 2pm Manchester The Christie, 550 Wilmslow Rd, Manchester M20 4BX Research nurses will be running a stand with information about local trials and Ok to Ask as well as interactive activities including a taste test, targeted therapy, hook a duck. 
20 May 9.30am – 3.30pm Newcastle Northern Centre for Cancer Care, Freeman Hospital, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE7 7DN Drop into visit the interactive stand at the Northern Centre for Cancer Care, to find out more about clinical trials.
20 May Southampton Southampton General Hospital Radiotherapy Department, Tremona Rd, Southampton SO16 6YD The UHS research radiotherapy and CRUK research nursing teams will be running an interactive stand to explain how clinical trials have changed the face of radiotherapy over the past 100 years.
20 May, 10am – 3pm Oxford

Main entrance of Oxford Cancer Centre, Churchill Hospital, Old Road, Oxford, OX3 7LE

Research nurses will be running an information stand with interactive activities to explain various aspects of clinical trial participation.
21 May 10.30am - 4pm Manchester Manchester Museum of Science and Industry, Liverpool Rd, Manchester M3 4FP Become a scientist for the day - Step into the heart of our labs at the CRUK Manchester Institute on one of our virtual reality tours and join local researchers to become a scientist for the day with our hands on activities and demonstrations.
