Belfast Cancer Research UK Centre
The Belfast Cancer Research UK Centre brings together scientists, doctors and nurses from across Northern Ireland. By sharing their knowledge and expertise they will increase the pace of research and improve treatment for patients.
The Centre is a partnership between Cancer Research UK, Queen's University Belfast, the Health and Social Care (HSC) Research & Development (R&D) Division of the Public Health Agency of Northern Ireland and Belfast Health and Social Care Trust.
With our support, the NI Molecular Pathology Laboratory and Biobank opened in January 2013. Watch this short film to find out how it is revolutionising cancer diagnosis and treatment in Northern Ireland.
