For Cancer Research UK to achieve its goal – three in four people to survive the disease in the next 20 years – we need to accelerate everything that we do. Whether that’s our scientific research, fundraising or cancer prevention initiatives our customers’ will be at the heart of this progress.
To ensure we remain committed to this vision digital can no longer be a job title but part of everyone's job. Our hub & spoke operating model is about transferring digital skills to teams across the entire charity and working with them to deliver user-centric digital experiences in a lean and iterative way. This investment is reflective of the criticality of digital as a key enabler of CRUK’s strategic and operational priorities.
