I hope you meet other ladies here who have had ovarian cancer. One lovely member springs to my mind [@haze44] who was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2012.

Using the 'search forum' function above and typing in keywords such as ovarian cancer should help you find others with the same diagnosis too.

Hello, am also new to the forum. I was diagnosed with Ovarian last May, and finished chemo 3 months ago. Had a total hysterectomy, omentum removal and debulking back in Sept, and am now on Avastin 3 weekly for the next few months. Have to go back to work next Monday, I am dreading it....
I also had Breast cancer 7 years ago, but recovered after 6 months chemo, total mastectomy and several reconstruction ops. I have the faulty BRCA 2 gene, so i worry about getting it back on the peritoneum again, I have no idea whether this is likely or not.........
