Initial Diagnosis of Complex Hyperplasia without Atypia

I am in the middle of investigations following post menopausal bleeding. I have had a scan & initial biopsies. This has come back with diagnosis of Complex Hyperplasia without Atypia plus a polyp. Due to have hysteroscopy and further biopsies.

Not spoken to Consultant but he has written to me. Suggesting that they will implant Mirena coil.

Bit bewildered & confused about what it going on & possible treatments. I just want hysterectomy- get everything taken away

    I know this must be a bit overwhelming at the moment but you're not alone on this journey as many of our members have had this too, some of which you can chat to here.
