High grade dysplaysia

My husband had an endoscopy on 10th August. We only got the results back today and it says high grade dysplaysia. I’m so worried that it was done 3 months ago so could it now be full blown cancer and spread?

The consultant said there are stages of it 1-6 my husband is 3. Can anyone please help?

thank you Steph. Unfortunately it was confirmed cancer today. I just don’t know what to do. I just feel like during. I can’t live without him. His cancer is in between his oesophagus and stomach
