Welcome to the forum although I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis.

It's natural that you're feeling scared. I think that most all our members here who've had a cancer diagnosis will have experienced similar feelings. It's positive that your scans all came back as clear - try to hold on to that news and keep focused on that. 

You might find it helpful to post on this recent thread which has a number of our members who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. I'm sure if you post that they'll pop along to make you feel welcome and share their experiences with you.
