I'm sorry to hear about your husband's recent diagnosis. It's understandably a difficult time for you both. 

We do have some information on our website about ear cancer and as you've already said it is a rare cancer. However, I can see on the forum that [@Mummykat]‍ recently posted about her husband's diagnosis of ear cancer ( you can read the thread here). You might also find it interesting to have a look at [@Teresa1]‍ post here. Hopefully, as I've tagged these 2 members into my reply, they may post to share their experiences with you.

Hi, I am in a simular situation, have had one operation on my ear and going back in 1st June to remove more as the margins were too small then if unsuccessful it is radiotherapy, hopefully all will be ok but just checking how it worked for your family, Sue
