Hi, I had a repeat mammogram, ultrasound and a biopsy recently - I have a 14mm lump in my left breast and I'm waiting on my biopsy results. (Although the Dr did intimate it was cancer as she said "we think it is something to worry about" )

I have an area on the side of my left breast which feels hard and is sore when I touch it. I am worrying that this means it has spread? I'm sure the radiographer said my lymph nodes were clear though. Can anyone help please?
