Worried and need advice

Hi I'm hoping someone can help me.. I have a really sore right arm from shoulder, underneath but only when I put my arm back.. I lifted my arm and noticed I have 2 lumps (swollen lymph nodes I'm assuming) I have no other pain my breast ( although I do have implants) appear normal and nothing has changed but I'm worried about the pain in my arm and lumps under my arm.. I'm so worried as my sister is a Breast Cancer survivor and don't think I could deal with anything going wrong.. I'm a single parent too.. just need some advice please I'm so scared I have cancer xx

    Hi sammy mac, I think your first port of call is getting to the doctor who can then point you in the right direction, we always seem to jump to the conclusion it's cancer so go and get it checked,  we also have a lot of glands under our armpits and these can sometimes get swollen for all sorts of reasons please ring the doctor today and if they try and fob you off about not being able to come to the surgery just mention the breast cancer history in your family if still no joy 111 and let them book you in to your local walk in centre,  111 is not just there for covid
