Hello.  Please don't panic.  If you look at the section of this website headed About Cancer and the sub-section about lung cancer you might find it useful.  It doesn't mention your voice being reduced to a whisper as a symptom but I am no medic and if you are worried you should talk to your GP as Seabird advised.    But calm down if you can.  I am guessing you have other stresses in your life and this is making you fearful?  But of course I could be wrong. I often am.
