Worried about a possible Soft tissue Sarcoma.

Hi all, little bit concerned over a mass on my foot. I am 27 years old and 3-4 years ago noticed a lump growing below my ankle. Went to gp and was referred for ultrasound within two weeks. Had that and they werent really sure what it was but said it was a mass with features typical of a lipoma or hemangioma. So I didn't worry about it after that, and as it was asymptomatic i basically forgot about it until about two months ago started having pain in the area and a dull achey pain that felt like being inside my foot and then in turn noticed that the mass had increased in size. Went back to gp he confirmed that it had been growing outwards and had increased in size and referred me for another urgent ultrasound. So had that, they said this time that it was like muscle tissue and fibrous? So basically not similar to what the first ultrasound said. Although they did say it was nothing nasty, I don't feel reassured by either of these scans due to the difference in opinions of what it is. The mass is not very visible unless I arch my foot toward myself in which case it protrudes outwards, becomes very visible and looks just a bit smaller than my ankle. Should i trust the ultrasound or push for an MRI? The mass is about 5cm across and firm to the touch, feels solid.

Thanks in advance.
