I just want to say my thoughts and prayers are with you both.  I think the only thing you can do is contact the Consultant via his secretary.  Then it can be decided if Dad should have further tests etc.  I honestly wonder if food and diet is an ongoing issue for those who go through the Whipple procedure.  My interest in ig is personal.  I have a tubulovillous adenoma in my duodenum.  It is pre cancerous but must come out.  I have no idea what will be done. .I am going for a 3rd endoscopy with a specialist on the 30th.  I am aware in some instances the Whipple has been used to solve the issue. I find myself in quite a lonely space regarding this as family and friends do not really seem able to confront the possibility of me needing major surgery etc  Anyway I wish you and your Dad all the very best and trust and hope you two will get through this difficult time.

My Dad had a cancerous tumour in his bial duct which is why he had the whipple's procedure.

It was all very sudden just before Christmas. Fortunately the surgery went well and he has been doing well until the last couple of weeks.

I had a long chat with him yesterday and after doing a lot of research on diet after the whipple's I think he's not been taking enough of the creon when he's eating foods high in fat which then causes him to have stomach cramps and diarrhea as his body can't break down the fat on its own.

He is seeing the oncologist tomorrow and we've written down all the questions we'd like answered so hopefully they will help tomorrow.
