The general rule is the results take about two weeks and then you're called in for an appointment.  It's rare you get results by phone.

Thanks, you've told me more than all of the team put together. It amazes me how long all this takes but I suppose they are under great pressures. We have entered our 75th day since gp referral so it's been a long ride. Thanks for getting back to me. X

Yes I know it's always so long.  Try keep busy, easier said than done I know but it's the only way to cope with the wait.  Unfortunately they are under a lot of pressure but you in good hands whatever the results.  I found phoning and annoying them works too
