Hello love, you've done absolutely the right thing in going to your gp. Do you know if his put you on the urgent referral? It usually takes 2 weeks for an appointment to come through, if he hasn't the appointment could well take longer, the only thing that concerns me a little are the changes you describe after your initial gp appointment. 

Give your gp surgery a ring and chase up that breast clinic appointment, and tell them about the changes you've noticed.....just for peace of mind.

 he has yes I have an appointment on Thursday . I’m hoping the change from bright red to purple is a good sign or maybe I’m clutching at straws ‍♀️.

hopefully it’s nothing serious the increase in size has concerned me I was measured on 6th June and was a 34D I went after my doctor appointment and was measured a 34G on that breast .

You haven't got too long to wait then....the clinic is a well oiled machine, no stone will be left unturned....
