Unsure of symptoms

Hi there, i have been getting bad acid reflux at night and often need to make myself sick to relieve it. I am also struggling with my sleep and getting headaches.

It can cause pain on my chest and jaw.

I have PCOS so i do get flare ups however the acid reflux at nighy has only been about 1-2 months.

No changes to diet and not pregnant.

Please someone help s my Dr is being pretty useless and does not listen.

    I'm very sorry about the symptoms you've been contending with. It sounds like it's been very tough for you over the last couple of months and it definitely doesn't help when you feel like your doctor isn't listening to you or taking your concerns seriously. 

    I hope these tips we have on talking to your doctor will help with this but if there is more than one GP working at your surgery, you could try seeking a second opinion.

    Hopefully some of our members will offer their thoughts and advice but in the meantime we'll have our fingers crossed you can get some answers soon.
