Hi, please tell me if I'm in the wrong place

found myself once again scrolling google for some help and this time found myself here.

Eight months ago it started with a sore breast with an itchy nipple, just put it down to maybe time of month (on mirena so don't have periods)

Weeks went by and the soreness went but with this the itch become worse! I called the doctor they said could be hormonal, few weeks went by, no better called doctor, got an app... no lumps (as stated) could be a skin infection... gave me antibiotic cream to use for three weeks!

again no better by this point I'm at a point where I just feel stupid going back again.... February comes and my partner starts noticing I'm constantly itching and holding my boob with my arm (didn't even realise myself) so rang doctors on Monday 8th of March she agreed enough was enough and referred me to breast clinic, appointment was on the Friday! I didn't feel nervous ! Still no lump, no nipple discharge ! Nipple is sore and red but again been like this a while now from constantly itching!

Had a ultrasound, the ultrasound shows no problems !? Obviously I'm so grateful to hear that and the consultant was amazing but he just didn't really take into consideration how frustrating this is and how it's affecting me.... just wrote on the letter i have a heavy workload and advised to take vitamins!

but here I am today nipple so sore, left breast s so itchy! Uncomfortable and fed up !!

I just don't know what to do anymore ? 
 

any advice !? Would an ultrasound always pick up what needs to be picked up ???

im 32 with two young girls ! Advice would be soooooooo appreciated xxx
