Hi everyone, so for the past 5 months I’ve had a lump on my right testicle and I had no symptoms at all until about a month ago, I’ve been getting really bad aches and pains in my legs and I’m getting pains in my bladder area like sharp pains and every time i touch the lump I feel sick to my stomach and my stomach starts to have a dull ache, I went to the doctors over it and they got me an ultrasound test, so I’ve had that done and the person who did the ultrasound said that there’s evidence of infection, 2 days later, my GP rang and said I had to come in urgently, bare in mind it takes 48 hours for the results to get sent to my doctor , im worried there’s something seriously wrong
