For almost 1 year i have had unusual vaginal bleeding stomach pain and bloating ive had a smear which is fine and doctor ordered a ca125 blood test which has come back quite high and iron levels dropping hes given me iton tablets to take as far as i know i dont have endometriosis pid and not pregnant i went for ultrasound today she was meant to do pelvic abd abdomen but said if she finds the cause in my pelvic area she wont scan my abdomen and shes found slmething in my pelvic area but hasnt said what just said doctor will call me when he gets the results any idea to what this could be ?
