Hi there - yes waiting for tests is scary. I had a cancer scare some time ago now & was very frightened so I do know how you're feeling. My GP told me that 9 out of 10 people referred on the 2 week pathway come back clear as I did thank goodness. So, the chances are you will too. If there is a problem it will be sorted & so 2 things really you need to focus on & not the negative. 1) chances are it's nothing serious 2) whatever it is will get spotted & sorted out. 

Just do your best to keep busy doing normal, everyday stuff &, as I say, focus on the positive. Do hope this helps you a bit. Keep posting if it helps. Good luck to you. x

I was exactly the same, I wasn't worried and was expecting the nurse practitioner at my GP's to say it was nothing and send me away, but instead I got an urgent referral to the breast clinic.

Waiting for appointments and results feels like an eternity (my first clinic appointment was last week and I've been back for more biopsies today). 

Chances are it'll be absolutely fine, but even if it's not you'll be in the right place to start getting it sorted.

Try to keep busy and stay away from Dr Google.

It’s all scary and we worry ourselves silly,they are fantastic at the clinics and everyone so caring and friendly.... try not to worry which I know is hard and impossible but until you’ve been don’t over think and don’t Dr Google,ask on here as I’m pretty new and everyone is supportive and amazing !!
