Hope someone can give me some advice.
My dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer last August which had already spread to liver and some lymph nodes when it was found. It was a massive shock as he had no symptoms prior and 4 months before this, my daughters dad passed away from bowel cancer
It isnt curable but he is having chemo which seems to be keeping it stable. I was wondering if anyone in the same situation had managed to go on holiday? He is really down and we the doctor had told him he could go away last minute but when we have looked at travel insurance he is declined as soon as you say he has a terminal diagnosis. So, does anyone have any travel insurance firms we could try? Even getting him away for a long weekend will give him a boost i think.
