Hi Rebecca, at age 35 I was diagnosed tnbc but genetic testing came back negative for braca which actually really shocked me, my father was half polish and there is a history on that side of my family of bc although mostly from years ago aunties and cousins etc.

ive listened to a few expert discussions on tnbc and I do tend to think there may well be a genetic mutation that is not currently identified through existing testing measures, but obviously can't confirm this either way!

hope you are doing well I have completed treatment and got all clear this year only to now be slightly brought down by setbacks as a result of complications with the treatment I had but I'm amazed I'm here ready to fight for another day, one day at a time and be in the moment as often as possible!

i have recently been diagnosed with TNBC too, and just received my genetic test back to show I don't carry the genes either, I'm currently about to have my 4th cycle of chemo this Wednesday coming and due to see my breast surgeon after cycle 5 to discuss my surgical options
