Time is the unknown

Hi guys, 10days ago i was finally diagnosed with a glioblastoma grade 4 primary brain cancer following an emergency brain tumour removal operation and starting my radio/chemo treatment in 2 weeks time.

Dark times ahead for myself and family, and whilst I have already accepted myterminal result, (unlike my family), I am finding it difficult to find anything positive about a HGG4 to hang on to.  Are there 'ANY' olive branches to cling on to as the evidence shows otherwise.

  • Welcome to Cancer Chat Bilgar_Lad although I'm sorry about your diagnosis.

There are quite a few discussions on the forum by members with grade 4 glioblastoma so do feel free to join in on any you find using the 'search forum' option in the blue bar above as our community are very supportive and will do what they can to help.

I know there isn't anything I can say to make this better but I want to know we're here for you and will be with you every step of the way.

Wishing you all the best with your radio/chemo Bilgar_Lad.

    Kind regards,

    Steph, Cancer Chat Moderator
