Thank you to whomever has posted on this site .. all your comments have really helped !! After 4 really awful  tongue resections .. I am finally clear !! ️ Had my 6 month checkup .. no sign of anything !! My surgeon said, “I was one very very very lucky lady .. go buy a lottery ticket .. see you next year !!” If you are about to go through this procedure .. hang in there .. it will be sore, everyone’s pain level is different, but similar things happen .. sore throat, ear pain, neck pain and of course sore tongue .. BUT, I can guarantee you in about 8-10 days you will be back to your old self !! The whole procedure is about 30 mins long .. the freezing is the worse part and get the laughing gas !!! It helps amazingly !! Good luck to all !! And make sure you check your tongue yourself every month afterwards ... we know our bodies best !! ️
