Unfortunately, this wait is par for the course. 

Hi i had a prostrate biopsie had to wait 4 weeks for result was told that theres a nationwide shortage of staff to do tests in my case they said two weeks but rang and cancelled apointment for a further two weeks  word which with gp maybe he may hurry it up .i hope all goes well .paul
