I've been experiencing nausea and fatigue for around 2 months now, I also experienced a small amount of rectal bleeding occasionally for around 3 weeks, however this hasn't happened in about a month. My stool has been continuously loose for at least a month and in the past few days I have been experiencing constipation accompanied with diarrhea. My brother and grandmother both have Crohns , however there symptoms were very different to mine. I'm only 19 and am really anxious about this. My bloods came back normal but my calprotectin was raised in my stool. The GPs don't seem concerned and are saying it's down to anxiety. Could this be bowel cancer?? Thanks
