My best friend was rushed to hospital two weeks ago very poorly. She has been fighting ever since. All of her vital organs were suffering and she has been on critical care since going in. We were told on Saturday that she had cancerous lymph nodes and she got married that day in hospital. Ontology said that they could not locate the cancer but as soon as they could they would explore treatment options. Today they have told her that there is nothing that they can do other than make her comfortable.
She is only in her 20s with 2 young children. I am heartbroken and just can't believe it is all happening.
