Hi my wife has been diagnosed with terminal cancer so i have had to give up work to look after her all we get is £144 per week pip 

Someone told me there is a one off payment you can get but not a lot of people know about it

Is it true

What other benefits can i get i havent paid ni for 2years and the wifes been an housewife for 10yrs
