I was wondering if anyone has any advice, I've recently one off tamoxifen after 10 years and was wondering if there are any side effects?, have to say I feel a little scared as I feel they were my safety net x
It can be a bit of a worry when treatment ends. Remember all treatments have to end eventually.
A lot of research and clinical trials have looked at the best duration to take Tamoxifen for. Remember that after finishing them the benefits of tamoxifen are long-lasting.
If you had side effects then stopping the treatment will mean that they will get better over time. I do not know of any side effects that will happen when you stop taking it.
