    Hi Sasha,

I see that this is your first time on the forum, so a very warm welcome to Cancer Chat.

I am so sorry to hear that you have had to go through chemo, but glad to hear that you are doing well at present. Can I ask you when you were diagnosed, what type of cancer you have, what stage it is at, what age you are and have you had any surgery or radiotherapy? I apologise for so many questions, but these should help us to marry you up with others who are going through the same.

Have you been told that your cancer is terminal? As treatments improve, so do our chances. Cancer is no longer the death sentence that it used to be. Many people are now living with it rather than dying with it.

A cancer diagnosis is a shock at any time, but it must be particularly difficult when you have a young family. How many children do you have?

Please keep in contact and let us know how you are getting on. We are always here for you, whenever you want to talk.

    Kind regards,

    Jolamine xx
