I'm worried about my health driving myself mad waiting for my appt this Friday with gynea fast track. 

I'm 42, post menopause 4 years. 

2 years ago I started with spotting and was fast tracked scan showed lining womb thickened 8mm, and was referred for biopsy under GA, when I came round from the GA the consultsnt told me that she didnt take biopsies in the end, as everything looked fine to her, I was annoyed at the time as it wasn't her. Call too make, given spotting, bloating, back and leg pain.

My husband became poorly and I went into overdrive looking after him working children, put myself to the side. Exhaustion put it down to the stress of everything. Still had back and leg pain bloating. 

Xmas day last year after wiping myself having a wee there was a spot of blood in the toilet, nothing after that. 

Exhaustion, back and legs pain Cont, April I developed swelling legs feet ankles, Dr's didn't know what it was told me to wear flight socks, generally I've felt unwell all year pains etc, Sept I started a fever of 42, right side pain, went to hospital initial dx hillary sepsis, scan showed no kidney or gallstones, found my liver and spleen enlarged, I'd also had a scan April this too showed enlarged liver and spleen, GP filed away as no action required. White cell count was low and dropped each day in hospital were I was neutropenic.

While in hospital I had shoulder tip pain right side, and I was sore down below felt like I'd been kicked sensations of itching, I thought maybe thrush but it Cont after using treatment, it's Cont since Sept some days better than others, finally saw my gp on Monday as I'm so sore and the itching is unbareable at times, I nipped to the toilet to do a water sample, when I wiped there was fresh blood which was a shock, told the Dr when I went back in the room. He examined me but couldn't see much as he said there was alot of blood inside, and sent a fast track referral to gynea which is this Friday, he confirmed it wasn't thrush. The bleeding finally stopped today.

I've also lost 3 stone 9lb since Sept, without trying. 

The itching is driving me mad, I just tried to look with a mirror before, it just seems swollen and the pain is on the outside, apart from stabbing pains inside the vagina now and again. I have noticed part of the skin near vulva is black. 

I just wondered if anyone has experienced similar, or has any advice on easing the itching please I've tried sudacrem not working. 

I've also history of cin3 and vain 1 2012/13.
