                               all l can suggest is to look if there is a Maggies centre close by,the locations will be on their website.They are places of quiet solace,offer personal counselling sessions and have focused groups.My local one was a godsend and helped pull me through.Hopefully this will prove to be a positive start point towards your road to recovery,
