Hi lolly81 I'm sorry to hear about your father in law. My mum has stage 4 primary peritoneal carcinomatosis she was diagnosed in 2018. She has had fluid build up on her lungs which with a combination of chemo and drainage procedures, is now managing to keep the fluid at bay.
