I would make an appointment with the nurse at you surgery . You may have a bacterial infection  . Don’t use any fragranced products whilst bathing as this can cause irritation . Don’t use tampons until your back to normal but make appointment ASAP . Hope all goes well and your smelling your old self sooner than later
