Hi, 

I'm 33, have PCOS, rheumatoid arthritis and liver disease. I never have periods due to pcos and being on implant but for last year or so been getting intermittent brown stringy discharge (sorry if tmi)! 

I put it down to PCOS but now started having trouble weeing, feels almost like pressure and takes a while to start the flow. I get a lot of pelvic pain but put that down to rheumatoid arthritis. I've also had heartburn for months now, I put it down to lifestyle so I have started to lose weight and eat healthier food but still getting it all the time. 

Anyway, been to GP today and had internal and external examination. Was very painful on left hand side. GP has sent me for a CA125 blood test and scan so will see what happens. 

Has anyone else had any symptoms like this? What did it turn out to be? I am a bit worried as suppose I should have gone to GP a while ago but with my medical history, I get fed up of doctors and hospitals!
