Maybe I shouldn’t even post here as I am still waiting for a diagnosis, but trying to keep away from Dr Google as everyone says. Guess I am looking for support and validation that I am ok to worry

Everything started in 2012 when i was diagnosed with Helicobacter Pilori and stomach ulcer. I have followed the treatment and the sharp pains went away, and without me checking after I psychologically assumed that I am cured. 

Stomach pains reaccurred on and off but not as severe as then so didn’t get them checked. 

I have now few good months and the pain in constant(not so sharp thought) in my stomach, I thought is from too much Naproxen that take for my migranes (caused by a pineal cyst)

I am constantly tired , get nausea on a daily basis, and all my bones and muscles are in pain. I haven’t lost any weight as I constantly eat something 

Seen my GP and even though she belives I have ulcer , because both my grandma and grandad had stomach cancer She referred me for an urgent endoscopy. 

Is the line between ulcer and stomach cancer so subtle? 

I would definetly be handling an ulcer diagnosis better
