Well the euphoria lasted for half a day.   Back on the treadmill today as hubby needs blood transfusion.   Speak to Mc Millan nurse and told it's booked for Thursday and then chemo.  So seven hours of treatments.   That's not going to happen I tell them,hubby has a prosthetic leg and can't sit for that long.   Lots of discussion and booked in for bloods one day and chemo a week later.  The problem is that only you know how much your loved one can stand nd you have to speak up for them.   The NHS are good at what they do but  are not intimately involved as you are, so stay strong and stand your ground for your loved one
