I've had FEC chemo 6 rounds and a mastectomy and lymph nodes removed, I'm due to see a new oncologist to start radiation treatment soon, anyone had the same and got anything they want to share?
Welcome to the forum. I'm at the same point as you, had chemo, in recovery from a mastectomy with lymph node removal and immediate reconstruction and the next step is radiotherapy once I'm healed. In comparison to what you've already been through I think it's the easier part of the treatment.
Thanks for the reply, I've seen my consultant today, and he said this is the easiest bit, I can't wait for this year to be done and all the treatments are done. Good luck to you,
