Do you think politicians should care about cancer?
Are you passionate, motivated, and stand up for what you believe in?
Join our day in parliament! On 5 July over 100 volunteers will descend on parliament, to speak directly to MPs. Politicians are taking decisions now on cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Let’s make sure they make the right ones.
Apply by 22 May to attend our event at Parliament. www.cruk.org.uk/ambassador You could also come to our half day training on 4 July.
What happens after Parliament Day?
After Parliament Day, you’ll still have the opportunity to take part in our public campaigns and speak directly to your MP; but your actions will be done at a time and place to suit you. We hope you’ll stay with us a Cancer Campaigns Ambassador. Throughout the year, you’ll continue to build the relationship with your MP, writing to them or visiting their constituency office, asking them to take appropriate actions to beat cancer sooner.
