Heyy im 16 and for what feels like forever ive had a smooth patch on my left labia majora which ive just checked is red amd hair doesnt grow there. When i press on it it feels like a sort of dip or hole but it isnt painful. Theres one on the right side in the same place but it doesnt feel as big. I often have problems with swelling and infection but its always there. The skin texture of the patch is almost like a loose stretch mark kind of soft feel btw. 

Anyone have anh idea what it could be ??
