Hi, I had my smear test on the 20th Feb 2020 and due to the COVID-19 my nurse said there is a delay on getting the results. As like all women, the waiting proses feel like a life time for your results. 

But if they did see anything abnormal on my test would they tell me sooner even though there's a delay?

I'm so worried as I have abnormal bleeding and pelvic pain.
