My results letter had arrived and says this:

your recent smear has shown show low grade changes and high risk hpv. As the colposcopy was normal no intervention is indicated now. You will be for routine in 3 years time at your gp surgery.

that above is word for word even the duplication of the word "show/shown" and the missing word between be/for ‍♀️
 

why does this say 3 years if there's low grade changes and high risk hpv? It doesn't make sense
