Hi,

i had a similar experience in April. Quite a big lump which turned out to be a harmless cyst. 

I was told by my dr that if it was fluid, which he thought it was by feeling it, it was likely to be ok, once it wasn’t a hard mass. I waited a week for an ultrasound and was told it was a hard mass. That frightened the life out of me. 

I then waited another week for a biopsy and then another for results. It was beneign. They have no idea what caused it  

The whole experience was terribly scary but all was fine thankfully. 

I hope this helps. I won’t say don’t worry as it’s almost impossible not to. I googled and was convinced I was finished!!! 

Thank you for your reply emjay I've had my results from my blood test and all came back normal but my doctor wants me to go back for another full blood count in 6 weeks.

I try my best not to worry I try and imagine it's not even there. I just feel like my doctors aren't even telling me what I'm being tested for not even if there worried or not they just ask me about how I feel each time, he didn't tell me how he thought it felt just that it was an enlarged lymph node. I feel so silly for even thinking the worst.
