Slightly worried

I wondered if if anyone can give me any advice on the following.  My left testicle is at least 3 times larger than the right but I have no pain. A friend has advised that I see a doctor but I have a chronic fear of being touched (haptephobia) and also have other mental health issues.

Is this something to worry about?

  • Hello dazabbi,

Unfortunately no one here will be able to tell you more about this. Your friend is right: the best thing to do is to see a doctor who will be able to help and diagnose you. Perhaps you could ask to have a phone appointment first with the doctor and you could explain to your GP this fear you have and your mental health issues. I am sure the doctor will be able to take these into account.

So don't hesitate to book an appointment and I hope everything turns out to be fine and nothing to worry about.

    Best wishes,
