The area of my stoma and bag are very sensitive when I have a bag on.
It is so sensitive sometimes I feel even a shirt touching it is unbearable.
Anyone else have this problem?

You seem to be experiencing a number of problems that suggest you've only recently had your colostomy.
I'd like to try and help where I can but could I first just ask when you had your colostomy?
