Hi max thank you for your request I was very concerned that when the chemo finishes and I go on hormone tablets it will spread somewhere else or not work. I started off with breast cancer stage two 2013 had lump removed then went on tomoxifen then radiation for three weeks, I kept asking are you sure it's alright and the consultant said it will be fine. Until I went into hospital as an emergency with divercuticulitis if I hand to got this I would never had known I had secondary breat cancer in the liver and bones I get a lot of pain in my bones other than that I am ok unless I am having chemo it makes me poorly for about five days. I am really frighten that they are going to say sorry it's not working there nothing more we can do. I have a young daughter of 19 years who is not coping with this and a son my husband thinks I am going to live for ever as the consultant said some people live for 10 years or more. I would just like your thoughts on this and how you learn to cope sorry to hear that yours has spread to so many places sorry I have gone on a bit I find it hard to talk to people without them getting upset or me hope to hear from you Puds
