Scared the water in the toilet was red

Hi guys so I went to the toilet this morning and my stool wasn't hard to pass but a lot more than usual and I could feel.blood coming out of my bottom too

So wasn't surprised to see very red water and after wiping myself the tissue was very red not spotting

I have been to the bathroom more than once today and it's the same

It's quite possible you have hemorrhoids (piles) there little blood blisters just inside the entrance and when you goto toilet the pressure bursts them or some of them, but go to GP just to double check,.

Passing blood is always a red flag symptom that you mustn't ignore.
As [@Billygoat]‍ says, this may be nothing at all, but you really should see your GP reasonably quickly.
