I don't have what your problem, but when I had a lumpectomy and had to wait quite a while for all the tests to come back.  During that time I did a meditation where I got into the quiet, by closing my eyes and focusing on my breathing... Then I imagined that I wrapped the tumour with an invisible envelope that wouldn't let them spread.   Also, I suggest you do some relaxing meditation or creative activity which is wonderful for reducing stress.
