I recently noticed I had blood on my stool and now there is mucus and I went to the toilet a lump of mucus came out and that is also a sign of cancer . there is also a rumbling noise . Could this be bowel cancer . I am 31 and my health anxious is going through the roof . I read that survivoral rates are not good for bowel cancer. And will a doctor take me seriously or brush it off. I am scared to go the toilet incase it is worst
